Resfolio is an AI career workspace. You keep your career in one place — roles, projects, skills, writing — and everything you need comes out of it: a resume tailored to the job in front of you, a cover letter, a PDF, a portfolio site at your own address, and the posts that prove you can do the work.
It is not a resume builder, and it is not a template marketplace. Those products both start from a document. Resfolio starts from you, and treats every document as something generated — which is why nothing it writes can say anything your profile does not already support.

Most tools ask you to maintain a resume, and then a second resume, and then a LinkedIn, and then a personal site — four copies of one career, three of them out of date. Resfolio has one record and generates the rest. Change a job title once and every output that mentions it is already right.

A score against your real experience, requirement by requirement, with each verdict citing the profile item it came from. A must-have counts three times a nice-to-have, and the points are printed — so the number can be checked rather than believed.
AI resume tailoring
Your bullets rewritten for this posting, using only what is already in your career. Changes land as overrides on one document, never on your profile, and one Reset undoes the lot.
Cover letters that get checked
Drafted from the posting and your evidence, then verified: every name and number in the letter has to appear in your profile or the posting, and anything that doesn't is flagged before you send it.
Application tracker
Every posting you analysed is already a card. Move it from Saved to Applied to Interview to Offer, and see the whole search as a flow — including where it stalls, which a column of counts cannot show you.
Skills you have but never listed
A project says Docker, a bullet says Docker, your skills list doesn't. Resfolio finds those and offers them back — drawn from your own writing, never invented.

What comes out of it
The tailored resume is not the end of the line — it becomes a file, an address, a site, and a body of writing.
Four resume templates
Classic (ATS-safe single column), Editorial (serif, centred masthead), Compact (a fifteen-entry career that won't fit) and Europass (the European standard CV, portrait and all). Two are free. Each is checked by an automated ATS harness, not just looked at.
A real PDF and a permanent link
Export a pixel-identical file, or share a URL you can put on an application. Both render from the same profile, so they can never disagree — and each resume is public or private on its own.
Multilingual exports
The same resume in English, German or French. Dates, links and company names are never sent to be translated — only your prose is — so nothing factual can drift in the process.
A portfolio site
Two deliberately opposite designs: Studio Light, a calm editorial site that looks finished on the day you publish, and Dark Anime, with a full-bleed banner, a ⌘K palette and a live GitHub activity graph. Point your own domain at it; switching template keeps the URL a stranger already has.
Writing, natively
A real editor with images, code and callouts. A published post appears on your portfolio automatically — writing isn't a second thing to maintain, it lands in the same profile every other output reads from.

Keeping the record true
All of the above is only as good as what it reads from — so most of the work went into making that part cheap to keep current.
One profile, drafted and published
Edit freely; nothing you type changes a live page. Publishing takes a snapshot, so a visitor always sees a coherent version rather than whatever you were in the middle of.
Start from your existing résumé
Upload a PDF and Resfolio reads it into a structured profile — two-column layouts and scanned pages included. The file itself is never stored.
Import from where your work already is
GitHub, Dev.to, Stack Overflow and any RSS feed. All four are public sources — no credentials, no OAuth — and nothing reaches your profile until you press Import on it.
An assistant that can't overwrite you
Ask it to tighten a summary or pull a bullet apart. It proposes; you see a before-and-after; nothing is written until you press Apply. There is no path in the product by which a model edits your data on its own.

A resume is a document somebody is going to be questioned about. That single fact decides most of the design here — and it rules a few tempting things out entirely.
Always
Nothing gets invented
Every AI proposal is checked against your profile before you see it, and one that would add a claim you can't support is refused. The refusals are counted on screen, so you can tell the check ran.
The AI proposes; you decide
Changes arrive as a before-and-after with an Apply button. There is no code path in this product where a model writes to your data.
Private until you publish
Drafts, tracked applications, match scores and conversations are yours alone. Publishing is always an explicit act, and your public resume link is never indexed by search engines.
Templates are bought once, kept for good
A portfolio is a link on a CV you already sent. It must not go dark because a card expired — so premium designs are owned, never rented, and losing a plan never takes a page offline.
Your content is yours
We don't sell it, don't publish it, and don't train models on it. Export or delete everything, whenever you like.
Never
No invented numbers on your resume
The tailoring rules forbid adding a metric you never recorded. "Improved performance by 40%" is exactly the sentence a model reaches for, and exactly the one that falls apart in an interview.
No fabricated social proof
No logo wall of companies that never used this, no testimonials from people who don't exist, no user counts we made up. When there are customers who agree to be named, they'll be named.
No fake progress
When something takes twenty seconds, you get a real state and an honest word for it — never a progress bar counting toward a number nothing is measuring.
No prices we can't charge
Everything is free during beta and the pricing page says so on every button. Nothing will ever be charged without asking you first.
No dark patterns around leaving
Cancelling is a link to the payment portal, not a retention flow. Deleting your account deletes your data and takes your pages offline.
